Let Go & Recharge classes draw from ancient and profound teachings transmitted by Rod Stryker, one of the world’s leading yoga and meditation teachers, and founder of Parayoga (https://rodstryker.com/#about). Each class has a specific theme and is composed of asana (posture), pranayama (breathing exercises), relaxation and meditation. The practice aligns body, mind and breath and typically includes dynamic and held postures, breath work, energetic practices for the vayus (energetic flows) and chakras (primary energy centers), mantra, visualisation and kriya. The primary objective is to calm the mind and reconnect to our true self and power in order to live in a joyfull, purposeful and fearless way. Sophie uses a practical and refined approach that aims to empower practitioners, no matter their previous level of experience.
