Four Saturdays. Four independent one-day retreats. One thread running through them all: the Bhagavad Gita and its timeless teachings.
The Bhagavad Gita speaks about practice, action, purpose, relationships, doubt, choice and the way we meet life as it unfolds. But how can a text written thousands of years ago become part of our everyday life?
Each retreat will be a day to practice, study, share food and slow down. We will explore different teachings from the Gita, bringing them off the page and into our own experience, on the mat and beyond.
Every date will have its own theme and can be attended independently. Those joining the full series will have the opportunity to follow the conversation as it develops through all four retreats.
