Vinyasa Flow is a grounding and energizing practice that includes fluid transitions from pose to pose.There is a focus in every class, whether it’s back bends, hip openers, arm balances, inversions or twists.
Connecting the breath with every movement to find a dynamic way trough the practice.
Working with the pace of your own breath, following the verbal guidance of the teacher.
