Tantra has a lot of meanings. Literally, it means « to expand beyond all limitations ». So Tantra encompasses all the methods and techniques to overcome our limitations and increase freedom. Each class has a specific theme and is composed of asana (posture), pranayama (breathing exercises), relaxation and meditation. The practice aligns body, mind and breath and typically includes dynamic and held postures, breath work, energetic practices for the vayus (energetic flows) and chakras (primary energy centers), mantra, visualisation and kriya. The primary objective is to calm the mind and reconnect to our true self and power in order to live in a joyfull, purposeful and fearless way.
